Practical Shotgun Range
The Practical Shotgun Range is a large area consisting of 20 steel targets, spread over 3 stages, and various obstacles.
The area is open all year round.
Please note:
- The Practical Shotgun is counted as a Firearms range included in the fee that you pay for use of the ranges. You must possess an FAC to use it.
- You are not allowed to use solid slugs on the Practical Shotgun range.
Important – Please read.
- Range access will not be granted to anyone without a firearm certificate or who is not a member of Minsterley Ranges club. This includes observers, and the relevant fee must be paid.

Individual Shooters – Private Clubs – Sporting Bodies – Trade Organisations – Commercial Organisations

Rifle Ranges
We are running a booking system to use the Rifle Ranges.
Bookings can be made by phone, eMail or Facebook Messenger.
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Walk ins will not be given access to the Ranges.
Clay Grounds
Prior booking is not required to use the clay grounds.
All parties must have at least one Shotgun Certificate holder present at all times.
Certificate holders must present a valid certificate before they can be allowed onto the clay grounds.
